Change my flat tire...so I know it's real

It was the height of rush hour and my tire blew out. There is nothing more scary than being on the interstate, and feeling your car jerk out of control, as you are going over 75 MPH in the fast lane. I so happened to be driving through the city of my on again, off again love.

So, I call this fool (Ha! LOL)... and tell him I had a blow out and I'm sitting in the safe lane on I-40.  He says to me, "Well I don't have my car it's in the shop.  Is there someone else you can call? If you cannot get them, I will call my AAA for you."

WHAT?! Okay...we just so happened to be off at that time, BUT ooooooooooowwwwwwwwwweeeeeee this joker KNEW he should have caught a ride to come to my rescue!
But he didn't. I should have known, at that moment, that he was not "the one".  That was a long time ago, but I still get a lil angry on the inside thinking about it. LOL

He will probably tell you it didn't go down like this...but it did.

As I watched Single Ladies on VH1 Monday night, one scene stole my heart. Raquel was on a date with  Nate, a mechanic who worked at the shop where she had her car serviced. On their date, Nate showed Raquel how to change a flat tire.

THAT RIGHT THERE?!!! Everything to me! I told y'all before...I love manly men. A man working on a car...building something...shoot cutting grass? EVERYTHING TO ME! LOL

I might be the cheapest date on earth. I have no problem eating at a burger joint and going to a free show.  And if you do something that shows you will protect me??? Whew...you almost got me ready to jump a broom! LOL

Fellas, let me tell you some truth: Most women just want to feel provided for, protected, and secure. Do something to show that, and she's going to have your back like nobody's business.
