Lin is a GQ man

Jeremy Lin graces the cover of November's GQ magazine, slated for stands on October 23rd. Here he dons the team colors of his Houston team. |
I don't know what GQ (Remember when it was called Gentlemen's Quarterly?) did to this photo, but Jeremy Lin actually looks, dare I say, GQ in this cover photo. Granted, I hate the pants, because they look like male-leggings... (MEGGINGS?) But the overall look is kinda fly. Men's fashion is getting bolder by the minute. It's seems like men's fashion is mixing the ultra masculine with a scant feminine touch. (Please keep it scant...I cannot deal with men wearing skirts and meggings and carrying on...)
Jeremy Lin is back in Houston this season...yes, I know they were the team that cut him initially, after grabbing a major contract. Lin exploded on the scene in NY last season when they gave him a shot.
Jeremy Lin grabbing this cover shows that playing a major sport, be it basketball or other, is a great opportunity for other endeavors. Basketball is not just about basketball, after all. Professional sports are about marketing, money and major endorsements.
I wonder who styled Lin's cover. It's definitely a daring fashion look.
