Love and Hip Hop Atlanta: Cannot be friends with 'popcorn chicks'

At all times you should be mindful of the company you keep. Let me be clear, I don't even halfway believe this storyline between Kirk and Rasheeda on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. But for discussion sake, I'm going to address this whole "Mary Jane" situation.

DJ Traci Steele has a nickname for women who take on the side piece role. She calls them microwavable popcorn b****es.



"Mary Jane" is an old... *clearing my throat* "pro" allegedly. She is apparently known as a mistress around the entertainment and sports scenes. But let me get to this... I could never be friends with a heiffa like this.

I cannot stomach the notion of a chick being okay with messing with married men. I don't care if the guy is separated for twenty years. He's still married. That may seem extreme to people, but I see marriage as a sacred thing. Marriage is something meant to be respected not just by the two people in it, but the community at large. That's why you take vows, sign a document, and profess publicly your commitment.

Anyone who breaches this covenant is not worth wasting spit to put out the fire they are in. I would not be able to trust someone like this and for darn sure would not call this person a friend. To me, if you do this, we have no friendship. If your girls are cool with this behavior, don't get upset if she steps on your friendship.
