Who in the heck left the gate open?!
Ok so the actual saying is Who in the H E double hockey sticks left the gate open...and that's exactly what I thought when I read this head line:
R&B singer tasers pastor during church knife fight
(check out what happened when the M.O.M. (minister of music) told the pastor he better have his $$$ below)
Apparently the Pastor of an Alabama church attempted to fire the minister of music. And instead of going away quietly without burning any bridges...buddy took out a TASER and shocked the mess out of the pastor! HUH?! WHAT?
Oh...but wait, that's not all... Next thing you know the Deacon of the church is not having it.... This joker comes out like Slingblade cuttin' folks and carrying on!!! He sliced the minister of music's mother and the lady had to get 19 stitches and have surgery!
I will admit, that I giggled (ok busted out laughing) when I heard about this on the radio today. But come on people!!! This is supposed to be the Lord's house.
I'm going to say what I heard a lot of older folks in the community say about foolishness like this in the Church. God is not pleased!

*UPDATE*
So apparently the part about the deacon was just told by the minister of music's mother. What ACTUALLY happened is, the minister of music's BROTHER came into the joint wielding a knife... So in the mele, mama got cut. (From this article at 03-news.com and here.)
I don't know how in the world that happened...but this was some mess.
I mean really people... Who would ever bring a Taser to church? Sounds to me like the minister of music, his mother and brother came looking for a fight, and caught the worst end of it...
Hate to say it but...you reap what you sow... SMH! Next time pray about it. (I'm being serious). Stop allowing your evil thoughts to become evil actions! Goodness.
Anyway, I heard a sermon on Sunday about allowing folks who are not led spiritually to be over certain parts of what is supposed to be a spiritual ministry. How can someone lead you to the Lord when they are not being led BY the Lord? I'm just saying.
Who knows...we all get weak, but that is where the strength of your relationship with God comes in... Work to strengthen it if it isn't where it should be.
