Judge Wade McCree is the son of an esteemed deceased Federal Judge, Wade H. McCree Jr.  Judge McCree is in trouble again... Yes, again! He was first popped for sending lewd pictures to a bailiff. Her husband found the photos and went ballistic, of course.

Judge hot bod is in hot water

Now Judge McCree allegedly knocked up a litigant in a child support case in his court. *DEEEEEP SIIIIGGGGH*

Men already feel like the system is against them in custody and child support matters. I represent men often in these types of cases as they are usually not the custodial parent. Anyway...

Judge McCree and a lady named Geniene La'Shay Mott had a steamy affair after she appeared in his court with her ex, Mr. King. The two plotted to send Mr. King to jail and basically push him into paying a certain amount of support toward the child he and Mott shared. 

Along the way, the judge, who is very married, allegedly dropped a baby off in Mott's womb. He said that he and his wife tried to figure out how to get Mott to abort the child, but she would not. He was not going to leave his wife even though Mott alleges she went with him to file divorce papers.

Lord have mercy! What causes people to get into such foolishness? Does attraction do that much to a person? Now the judge is on administrative leave and has been censured.
