Is your significant other capable and willing to withstand the ups and downs of a relationship? Especially the downs. I mean everyone is there when times are good... But do they have what it takes to weather the bad.
Cause I need somebody who will stand by me. Through the good times and bad times...you always be right there.
Ultimately...this is what everyone wants, right? Someone who will be a good support system. Willing to share in the good and the bad... Who won't abandon you when you are at your worst, and will celebrate your best.
Love unconditional...
I seriously think a lot of people do not understand unconditional love. It is completely selfless (selfless...not stupid ;) lol) That means the love is there in spite of not because of something else happening with it. When someone messes up, you love him/her through it... that's unconditional...it isn't you do this and then I'll love you, but I love you right now...as is...no warranty.
Girl to make it last...I'll do whatever needs to be done...
Can you really tell someone this? Are you willing to do WHATEVER it takes? Or is there a limit? How hard are you really willing to work at maintaining a relationship?
Anyway...I heard this on something today and decided to look it up... For the first time EVER the lyrics caught me. I paid attention to the lyrics instead of the phenomenal singing.
