BET's The Game Season 5 Episode 4

Starts with Jazz and Tasha Mack. Jazz says girl you are living large up in here.  Tasha said she had to move out of her big house because she had to maintain too many people from the gardener and other folks.  Jazz asked if she was sure it wasn't because the house was haunted with the ghosts of Dante and Rick Fox.  Tasha asked Jazz if she had got her kids back from the state.  Jazz said she had gone too far.



In walks Mel and the other Sunbeams. She and Tasha Mack have an exchange where Tasha told her not to be salty because she waxed that thang when Mel tried to cut her out of the Verizon deal.

NeNe Leakes makes a cameo as a designer... for Volumptuous women...Mel asks her if she's sure she didn't mean "voluptuous" she said...no! Volumptuous...and out walks several plus sized ladies in track suits, club wear and "He proposed" gear.

*Commercial*

In the Saber locker room. Player complains about what the coach is doing to him. Javon says to chill out before he ends up playing left bench like Malik and growing man boobs.  Malik and Derwin have an exchange where Malik blames Derwin for getting him benched in exchange for Quan.  Derwin tries to bond with Quan and Quan is like nah...I'm good.  Derwin asks Quan if he is still seeing Camille. He dryly says no and deads the conversation.

Mel is getting styled and and her hair done for a movie premiere. Derwin asks her what's going on...and she says they have a premiere to go to, and that his suit is hanging in the bedroom. Derwin tells her that Quan is trippin. Mel tells him that Tasha is too ghetto and is turning the Sunbeams into a ghetto fabulous mess.  Every year it is ghetto this and that.  Then Derwin says that Quan is selfish. Mel says that Tasha is selfish.  Mel tells Derwin he is team captain and Quan needs to show him respect.  Derwin tells Mel that Tasha needs to fall back because the Sunbeams are all Mel...Then they bump chests LOL

*COMMERCIAL*

Chardonnay and Jason. Jason says, "who knew they had such great eateries on the black side of town."  Jason tries to back out of the lunch date, and Chardonnay says she promised her friends they would meet Jason Pitts.  One of Chardonnay's friends said she just wanted a black man who has never been to prison, is not gay or something negative...and asked Jason if he would fake marry her next.

One of the guys (played by Kel...) calls Jason "brotha" and Jason feels accepted and embraced for the first time.  Jason speaks to a White officer having lunch in the restaurant. And they tell Jason to keep it down.  And stop drawing unnecessary attention.  They start having a discussion about DWBs and racism. Jason said they are overreacting and everything is about race. He gets pulled over once a month and the officers just ask for his autograph.  Chardonnay said they pull him over because he's black, driving a nice car (wait...a Prius is a nice car??? O_D) and they don't know who he is until they get up on him.


Tasha is having a discussion about the fashion show, and says she just landed Coco T as part of the fashion show.  One of the Sunbeams, Bryn, said that Mel could not be there because she's trying for in vitro.  She introduces a new fashion show designer... (I actually love this dude he's hilarious to me...).

He brings in some new models with couture designs.  Bryn says the fashion show needs a new direction. Tasha says she's been running the fashion show for a while.  And Jazz included that Tasha raised 500,000 for sickle cell.  Brynn said imagine what you could do with a real fashion show. They held a vote and Tasha's side won.

Jason is walking out of a store at the same time as a White guy and the sensor goes off.  The store employee says wait, I need to check your bag, but tells the White guy he can leave.  Jason asks why the other guy gets to leave, is it because he's Black. Then he says like MLK said...draws a blank...Like Malcolm X said best.....another blank.  Then she says, sir, your cashier is new, she's been leaving sensors tags on the items all day. He says ooooh...my bad...you know my ex wife is white... LOL She gives him the side eye...

Then as he's leaving the store, a car almost hits him. And he screams hey watch it. Dude screams back, "shut up blackie, I could have hit you".  Jason gets a concerned look on his face.

*COMMERCIAL*

Sabers locker room.  Derwin tells the team after the game that he's taking everyone out. Quan says nah that's alright I'm good. Derwin asks him what's the deal is he too good to hang out with them? Quan says chill...I'm not here to be your buddy...I'm here to win championships.  Then he tells Derwin to chill asking him out because it is starting to sound "suspect".  Then Quan keeps clowning him to the point that other teammates start saying they don't want to go either.  Malik says "Just when you think someone's your boy. Crazy huh?"

Jason is at the bar, and a guy walks up and says "Excuse me sir, is this your coat?" Jason says "Yeah it's my coat...Oh what because I'm from Africa we can't wear coats...we're always hot? Yeah it's my coat..."  He's all paranoid.  Tells Chardonnay (who got her job back)

Tasha and the Sunbeams...at Melanie's house. Bryn said they need to keep it quiet because Mel needs to rest. Tasha said what for she don't do nothin.  Tasha says she just got 1/2 half of Jodeci and needs 5,000.00.   Bryn puts Mel on speaker phone... and Mel says she's going to commandeer the fashion show to get rid of the divide.

Tasha goes off.  She tells Mel she's nothing but a wanna be...she wants to be more than she really is... at the end of the day she's nothing but a baller's wife who don't do nothing.
