Beyonce pays tribute to Tina Turner in Super Bowl performance

Beyonce wears a look Tina Turner wore first.

My homeboy posted this pic of Tina side by side with Beyonce. Apparently Beyonce loves Tina Turner...and her outfits... D.B. feels that Beyonce was biting Tina (I'm not saying I DO agree with him... LOL...I'm just saying what he said...) and that Tina wore it better.

Beyonce hit the half time stage in the leather and lace ensemble, most assuredly inspired by Tina's black number on the left.  Beyonce's Super Bowl fashion drew attention, as did bringing out former members of Destiny's Child: Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland.

Some opined that she should have brought out Latavia and LaToya instead of Michelle... But it was cute nonetheless.

Was Beyonce being a copycat or just paying tribute to one of her idols?
