Difference between men and women

I saw this pic somewhere on Facebook and found it hilarious, but true.  Ever notice how guys typically maintain their confidence no matter how out of shape they are?  Seriously.  Even their clothing sizes are cool: Big and Tall and Husky... all sound pretty manly.  Even the short guys get to shop at the big and tall stores.

Ladies on the other hand, can find a stretchmark and feel like the world is about to end. Of course, men and women are judged differently when  it comes to body image.  Or... are we?

Women can be extremely height deficient and have zero worries.  Women get cute names when vertically challenged like "petite" and small.  But let a man be under 5'9" and ooooooh boy! It becomes an ISSUE!!!

But how successful you are, whether vertically or body image challenged, depends on how much confidence you have.  So what do you do? You have to work on that confidence. 

Find things that give you a boost.  Surround yourself with positive people. Work on the things you think need help and accept the things you cannot change.
