Nasir Jones releases very personal song: Daughters
A little while ago, the internet was abuzz about Hip Hop icon Nasir "Nas" Jones's daughter, Destiny, tweeting inappropriate pictures. Have you ever done anything that would completely embarrass your parents? I think I have...then again, I don't know how embarrassed they would be. Who knows?
Nas is working on new music and leaked this song Daughters, that reveals the mistakes he has made as a father, and how those mistakes negatively impacted his daughter. Nas is not the only daddy who has struggled in parenting. An article making its way around the web, speaks to the impact dads have on their daughters' lives:

According to some interesting findings, the relationship with your dad while growing up is one of the most powerful forces in your life as an adult. The state of that relationship guides your choices in love, work and how you treat yourself. Deep?, Letās discuss. Read the entire article here: NecoleBitchie.com
Many people are not always willing to admit the mistakes they have made in life, or in the lives of others. Nas does that, but his release is not without criticism. His daughter's mother, Carmen, went to Twitter to Tweef (Twitter Beef...ha! A TI-ism) about the song. Read all about her rant on theYBF.com.
In the song Nas says something about how guys who were pimpin and playing around get paid back for their mess by having daughters... What do you think?
Oh and check out this video from a little while ago that I did with morning show host, No Limit Larry about Daddies and Daughters.
