Always falling for the same type?

Do you have a type?  You know...a certain look, a particular personality that you are continuously drawn to? Are you repeatedly dating the same person, just different names?

I know I'm not the only one who has done this before. LOL.  What is it that keeps drawing you to the same person over and over and over again?  I have broken out of this...so I cannot say I have a particular type...besides like Southern gents.

Usually I think it is a comfort level...a certain familiarity.  That familiarity makes us view people through a certain lens.  Somehow I think "types" are developed early on. You are drawn to certain people.  I wonder if there is a level of biology playing a part in this.  Heck...I don't know.  If you know, leave a comment.
